As an award-winning Dental Nurse of the Year (Australia, 2025), and a finalist for Dental Education and Mentorship, I bring 28 years of hands-on experience working in dentistry across the UK, Australia and New Zealand
Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside world-class dentists and surgeons and have seen firsthand how the right training can transform a practice — and how gaps in training can create unnecessary risk, stress, and inefficiency for dental teams.
I am a regular contributor to the British Dental Journal and the UK Dental Nurse Journal, and my work focuses on practical, real-world education that supports dental assistants where it matters most: in daily clinical practice.
I created the DAB Dental Assisting Program to bridge the gap between theory and real-life dentistry, giving practices a structured, in-house support program that builds confidence, consistency, and capability across the entire team.
My mission is simple: to elevate standards, minimise risk, and support dental teams to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care — every day.
