This week, I want to focus on something I see done almost right in many clinics:
setting up the implant motor, lead, and handpiece while maintaining a true sterile field.
A small break in technique here can compromise the entire procedure.
If your team isn’t 100% confident with:

- Managing cables without contaminating gloves or drapes
