If something in your clinic workflow causes friction every single day (set-ups, handovers, stock, unclear roles) — that’s your signal to systemise it, not tolerate it.
👉 Pick one recurring frustration this week and fix it properly:
- Write a 5-step checklist
- Create a simple chairside guide
- Clarify who is responsible for it
- Store it somewhere the whole team can actually find it
Small systems reduce stress, errors, and burnout far more effectively than “trying harder”.
