The DAB VIP Academy is our highest level of support for practices that want more than access to online training.
This 12-month program combines the complete Online DAB Academy with in-practice training, monthly team meetings and a private Academy experience built specifically around your practice.
Every DAB VIP partnership is personalised. We work with you to identify your team’s current needs, clinical priorities, knowledge gaps and longer-term goals before developing a training pathway that fits your practice.
What is included?

Training designed around your practice
No two dental practices operate in exactly the same way. Your team, patients, services, systems and challenges are unique—and your training should reflect that.

DAB VIP is an ongoing partnership.
The combination of online learning, monthly meetings and in-practice support allows us to identify challenges, implement improvements and continue developing your team throughout the year.
Your team will not simply complete training and be left to put it into practice alone. We will work together to build sustainable improvements that fit your clinical environment.
Investment
DAB VIP Academy partnerships start from $10,000 + GST for 12 months.
The final investment will depend on your practice’s size, location, training requirements, number of in-practice visits and the level of personalised support required.
Application only
To protect the quality and personalised nature of the service, only a limited number of practices can be accepted into the DAB VIP Academy each year.
Places are offered by application only. This allows us to make sure that Dental Assisting & Beyond is the right fit for your practice—and that your practice is ready to commit to the training, participation and ongoing development required to achieve meaningful results.
Submitting an application does not commit you to joining the program. If your practice appears to be a suitable fit, we will arrange an initial conversation to discuss your team, priorities and goals before recommending the right VIP structure.
